“Never two without three”—that’s how Lena Mahfouf revealed her attendance at the 2026 Met Gala via an Instagram story, an hour before walking the red carpet. The French social media star and YouTube personality previously walked the Met Gala red carpet in 2022 and 2024, making her one of the few French people to take part in the event; on both occasions, Mahfouf’s looks created a stir.

Mahfouf interpreted this year’s dress code—Fashion Is Art—with a bold Burc Akyol creation featuring a cut-out draped skirt and silver hands for the bustier, molded onto her body to leave just enough to the imagination. She kept makeup to a minimum, channeling an ethereal glow with pale blue eyeshadow to complement the shade of her skirt, and accessorized with a few discreet jewels.
This isn’t the first time Mahfouf turned heads in a sculptural statement on the Met Gala red carpet. In 2024, she wore a Schiaparelli creation by Daniel Roseberry with maximalist 3D flowers as the bustier—another fashion win for the French star.
