Multi-hyphenate Hailey Bieber revealed her latest hobby at the 2026 Met Gala. While chatting with Vogue red carpet correspondent Emma Chamberlain about an array of topics (Motherhood! Capri pants!), the subject of art came up.
“What is something you take so seriously that [you treat it] like an art form, but it’s not?” Chamberlain asked the Rhode Beauty founder. Bieber’s response wasn’t lip contouring or blush application (though she’s mastered both of those tasks), but much more surprising: “I have recently gotten into making a really good coffee.”
Chamberlain delighted—in 2019, she launched Chamberlain Coffee and now has two cafes in Los Angeles.
“I’m a sugary coffee girl,” Bieber continued. “Not too sweet, but I like a flavored coffee.” She adds that some of her recent concoctions include banana cold foam and cinnamon crumble coffee, all made at home.
Naturally, the Bieber saw an opportunity to shoot her shot: “Chamberlain collab?” she proposed. “I’m so happy you said it,” Chamberlain replied.
