Odessa A’zion Makes the Case for Wearable Beauty

The Nice airport is just the first stop on the high-profile paparazzi tour that is the Cannes Film Festival. But Marty Supreme actor Odessa A’zion doesn’t play by the (unofficial) rules. The 25-year-old touched down in France on Thursday, but wasn’t dressed in head-to-toe Ferragamo like Diego Calva, or Carolina Herrera à la Alia Bhatt. A’zion took a more laid-back approach to airport style.

Wheeling her carry-on suitcase, A’zion wore an oversized chocolate brown crewneck, striped pants, and fur-trimmed boots—regular fare for anybody hopping off an international flight. Her accessories were: sunglasses, over-ear headphones, and a navy blue sleep mask, positioned just like any other headband. It’s a look that unapologetically says, “I got my beauty sleep—did you?”

Of course, showing off your beauty treatments on the go is nothing new. Cher had us all beat more than 20 years ago, wearing face masks while running errands. More recently, eye masks and pimple patches have reached the level of status symbol—not treatments to keep hidden—with celebrities like Selena Gomez, Harry Styles, Hailey Bieber, and more showing theirs off.

As A’zion prepares to be honored at Chopard’s annual Trophée Chopard ceremony on Friday, it makes sense she’d want to be as well-rested as possible.
